Chief Executive Officer
Len comes to Profisee with over 25 years of software sector executive experience, including vast knowledge of both the large enterprise and middle market. His early career included positions of progressively growing responsibilities with companies such as MAI Systems, Dun & Bradstreet Software, PeopleSoft, and Pivotal Corporation. Len then spent 10 years at SAP America where he achieved an extraordinary track record for growing new markets and driving software and services related revenue, including sales of SAP’s entire suite of enterprise applications, data management (MDM), analytics, EIM, cloud solutions, and maintenance services. Positions at SAP included, Senior Vice President of Business and Technology, Senior Vice President & General Manager of the $250M Northeast Region, and Global Vice President of Emerging Markets.
Most recently, Len has been CEO of Empower Software Solutions, whose impressive growth with both mid-sized and large enterprise customers via both direct and indirect channels, led the company to being acquired by a strategic buyer. Prior to Empower, Len was Senior Vice President of Field Operations for Campus Management Corporation – a provider of software to the education market – where he was responsible for customer-facing organizations both domestic and international.
Len’s background encompasses a wide range of companies from start-ups to the largest software companies in the world with key learnings of world-class processes and best practices penetrating new markets and driving top quartile customer satisfaction. His experience has also included international responsibilities while at SAP and Empower.
Len holds a B.S. degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Maryland.
Chief Technical Officer
Eric has spent the entirety of his 10+ year career working in the enterprise information management space. As Chief Technology Officer, Eric is responsible for all aspects of product development for Profisee’s software portfolio, both inbound and outbound.
Eric manages Profisee’s product strategy and roadmap, taking inputs from market trends, competitive threats, and evolving prospect and customer needs, and collaborates with Profisee’s CTO and product steering committee to drive product delivery. Eric also assists in communicating Profisee’s vision and roadmap for Master Data Management in collaboration with the CMO and sales organization.
Eric brings a uniquely customer centric focus to product management, having initially joined Profisee as the Director of Professional Services, forming and growing Profisee’s consulting division in alignment with the growth of the company. Prior to Profisee, Eric was the Practice Director for Business Intelligence at Intellinet, an Atlanta based consulting firm.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Chief Financial Officer
Sean O’Shea brings over 20 years of financial and operational experience to his role as CFO at Profisee.
Sean has managed financial operations, transactions, planning, and reporting in the software and technology arena at Telemate.Net, Verso Technologies, and Edgenet. Sean earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation while at BDO where he worked in audit, tax, valuation and litigation support. He has worked in rapidly changing private, public, and private equity organizations improving processes, developing systems and analysis, evaluating and integrating mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. O’Shea holds a BBA with distinction from the Emory University Goizueta Business School in Accounting and Finance, is an active Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Chief Revenue Officer
Mark is Chief Revenue Officer at Profisee, overseeing our customer facing teams focused on Direct Sales, Partner & Channel Sales and all aspects of Customer Success. Mark’s teams work together with our partners to unlock customer value around the Profisee solutions.
Mark has 25+ years of experience in SaaS and enterprise software sales, leading teams across North America & EMEA. His career has focused on data and analytic based solutions, leading successful sales teams at LogicWorks ERwin, Cognos, IBM, Qlik and Pluralsight – among others. Mark has built customer facing Go-To-Market teams in the enterprise focused on helping the world’s largest organizations make better data driven decisions. He has worked with emerging companies in multiple verticals including: manufacturing, financial services, insurance, healthcare, pharma and retail. Mark is a proven sales leader and enjoys the process of building and coaching teams to help customers reach their goals with data.
Mark holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY.
Vice President & MDM Strategist
Bill holds over twenty years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of large-scale Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) programs and systems, with an emphasis on customer data.
Bill served for 8 years as Vice President of Data and Analytics at Gartner, leading industry analyst and Magic Quadrant author, and was responsible for coverage of the global Data Governance and Master Data Management disciplines and software/services markets.
Prior to Gartner, Bill held MDM and data warehouse architecture and program management positions at several financial services, healthcare management, and educational software firms, and was a Senior Product Manager for Information Builders for several years
Bill is a recognized thought leader and the world’s foremost authority on the topics of Information Governance and MDM program management, vendors and technologies, and MDM’s role within an overall enterprise information management strategy.
Bill has a BS in Mathematics from Sacred Heart University, with minors in Operations Research, Computer Science, and Economics. He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
Vice President of Marketing
Reed is a passionate, award-winning B2B marketing executive who excels at prescribing go-to-market strategies that build brands, scale pipeline generation and drive top-line revenue growth. He brings deep experience in B2B software and technology marketing with a track record of success in start-up and high growth organizations.

Vice President of Global Partnerships & Alliances
Todd brings over 20 years of experience in business development, global partnerships/alliances, channel sales, international expansion, and partner marketing with a track record of success in start-up, high growth, and enterprise organizations across a number of different industries.
With a proven track record of building partner programs from concept to production, his teams have consistently grown company revenues and accelerated company growth via new channels, products, markets, and programs. Todd has cultivated and managed complex, high value partnerships and strategic alliances with global and regional Resellers, System Integrators, and Independent Software Vendors in over 65 countries.
His career includes executive and senior management positions at Oracle+Bronto, InVue, Nomi (formerly Brickstream), UPS Logistics Technologies, and Clarus.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Vice President of Sales
Carol is Vice President of Sales and leads our sales efforts in North America including the Northwest, Desert Mountain, TOLA, Midwest, and Great Lakes and other regions. Carol brings her extensive sales management experience and focus to drive our continued sales growth.
Carol has 20 years of experience in SaaS and enterprise software sales, leading teams in North America. She started her career at KPMG and Accenture and moved to software and technology, where she held Vice President of Sales roles for various ERP, CRM and data management and analytics companies, including Computer Associates, Baan and CDC Software. Carol has led teams selling to enterprise, midsize and emerging companies in multiple verticals including: manufacturing, financial services, insurance, healthcare, retail and higher education. Carol is a highly effective leader – proven in building, developing, and motivating sales teams to drive significant revenue.
Carol holds a BA degree from UCLA and graduate studies at USC.
Vice President of Customer Success
Christopher is a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive with more than 20 years of experience specializing in enterprise information management. Christopher brings expertise in recruiting top-tier talent, inspiring and enabling teams, driving to execution excellence, and growing businesses yielding remarkable sales results.
Christopher is a very active “player-coach” with both direct and indirect teams, ensuring the organization is highly effective and on-message, resulting in higher conversion and more competitive wins. He is a global thought leader in the enterprise information management and data quality market space with extensive real-world experience in providing solutions and strategies to Global 2000™ enterprises worldwide throughout his career at Razza (co-founder), Hyperion, Oracle and most recently with Informatica. Christopher has deep experience engaging with C-level executives to help organizations uncover opportunities to increase sales, reduce costs, manage compliance, reduce risk, and become more competitive by better aligning and leveraging their most valuable asset—information.

Vice President of Global Professional Services
With 20+ years of enterprise information management practice in a variety of industries, Lee is well positioned to aid customers in planning their MDM implementations. Joining Profisee initially as a Senior Consultant, Lee helped customers realize the benefits of using the Profisee platform to solve real-world MDM challenges. In his current role, Lee leads our global team of dedicated MDM consultants. With Consultants certified on the Profisee platform and experienced in management, industry and technology, the Global Services mission is to deliver business value through successful MDM projects with our partners and customers.
Prior to joining Profisee, Lee led the Business Intelligence team for a large home healthcare provider and worked closely with senior leadership to optimize business operations using metric-driven performance management applications. Previous roles in insurance, manufacturing and consulting provided a foundation of experience for driving Profisee’s Services roadmap.
Lee earned a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science from NESCOT, England.
Head of Human Resources
Donna brings over 25 years of experience in Human Resources with deep experience in improving company talent and performance management programs, organizational design and development, improving communication throughout the company and fostering and encouraging a dynamic culture that enables employees to grow professionally and to mentor other employees to do the same.
Donna has held key leadership Human Resource positions in software/technology, healthcare, state government, retail, hospitality and staffing agencies where she provided vision, direction and strategic leadership to foster business development and a cultural competitive edge. She managed multi-site operations and directed organizational restructuring to enhance business growth and expansion while maintaining a dynamic, diverse and inclusive culture throughout the company.
Donna holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work from Evangel University and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from La Roche College. She holds a Certified Professional (CP) from SHRM and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification from HRCI and she has been a member of SHRM for over 25 years.
