Len Finkle

Chief Executive Officer

Experience

Len comes to Profisee with over 25 years of software sector executive experience, including vast knowledge of both the large enterprise and middle market. His early career included positions of progressively growing responsibilities with companies such as MAI Systems, Dun & Bradstreet Software, PeopleSoft, and Pivotal Corporation. Len then spent 10 years at SAP America where he achieved an extraordinary track record for growing new markets and driving software and services related revenue, including sales of SAP’s entire suite of enterprise applications, data management (MDM), analytics, EIM, cloud solutions, and maintenance services. Positions at SAP included, Senior Vice President of Business and Technology, Senior Vice President & General Manager of the $250M Northeast Region, and Global Vice President of Emerging Markets.

Expertise

Most recently, Len has been CEO of Empower Software Solutions, whose impressive growth with both mid-sized and large enterprise customers via both direct and indirect channels, led the company to being acquired by a strategic buyer. Prior to Empower, Len was Senior Vice President of Field Operations for Campus Management Corporation – a provider of software to the education market – where he was responsible for customer-facing organizations both domestic and international.

Len’s background encompasses a wide range of companies from start-ups to the largest software companies in the world with key learnings of world-class processes and best practices penetrating new markets and driving top quartile customer satisfaction. His experience has also included international responsibilities while at SAP and Empower.

Len holds a B.S. degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Maryland.

Eric Melcher

Chief Technology Officer

Experience

Eric has spent the entirety of his 10+ year career working in the enterprise information management space. As Chief Technology Officer, Eric is responsible for all aspects of product development for Profisee’s software portfolio, both inbound and outbound.

Expertise

Eric manages Profisee’s product strategy and roadmap, taking inputs from market trends, competitive threats, and evolving prospect and customer needs, and collaborates with Profisee’s CTO and product steering committee to drive product delivery. Eric also assists in communicating Profisee’s vision and roadmap for Master Data Management in collaboration with the CMO and sales organization.

Eric brings a uniquely customer centric focus to product management, having initially joined Profisee as the Director of Professional Services, forming and growing Profisee’s consulting division in alignment with the growth of the company. Prior to Profisee, Eric was the Practice Director for Business Intelligence at Intellinet, an Atlanta based consulting firm.

Education

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Nick Powell

Experience

Nick brings 15+ years of experience in the software industry. Most recently, he served as the Vice President of FP&A for PDI Software, where he developed and oversaw all forecasting, budgeting, and external reporting functions. Prior to working for PDI Software, he worked for several mid- and large- sized software companies, most notably Radiant Systems, NCR, and Aptean, where he helped the companies increase growth by improving operational efficiencies, leading strategic market and operational analysis, and contributing heavily to overall company strategy. In addition to working for several publicly traded firms, he also has worked for private software companies owned by some of the most well-known and successful technology focused Private Equity firms in the world such as Insight Venture Partners and Vista Equity Partners.

Expertise

Nick has broad and deep experience in various leadership roles across a number of finance disciplines, including Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Development, and Financial Operations.

Education

Nick has Bachelor of Arts in Business from Covenant College in Chattanooga TN and later earned an MBA from Georgia State University.

Reed Gusmus

Chief Marketing Officer

Experience

Reed is a passionate, award-winning B2B marketing executive who excels at prescribing go-to-market strategies that build brands, scale pipeline generation and drive top-line revenue growth. He brings deep experience in B2B software and technology marketing with a track record of success in start-up and high growth organizations.

Expertise

Reed is a strategic demand marketing change agent for B2B companies — helping them build successful, buyer-centric, always-on demand generation programs and transform their lead-to-revenue demand processes to drive profitable revenue growth and build sustainable brands. He is a team builder who loves the power and potential of marketing and communications to drive a business. Reed thrives on the front lines, creating trusted relationships and meaningful work to build, protect, and promote a company’s brand, reputation and opportunity.

Education

Reed holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Kennesaw State University.

Kevin Booth

Chief Revenue Officer

Experience

Kevin is a transformative, empathetic go-to-market leader focused on delivering realizable customer value. With over 15 years of cross-functional leadership experience in the software, management consulting and hard goods industries, Kevin brings deep experience in direct and indirect sales, alliance partnerships, value creation and revenue operations. Kevin joins Profisee from Genesys, a market-leading SaaS company where he held numerous field leadership positions, including, SVP Cloud Alliance Partnerships and SVP Strategic Accounts and Sales Transformation. Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, he’s also an avid fan of Kobe Bryant and the “mamba mentality.”

Expertise

Most recently, Kevin served as Senior Vice President of Cloud Alliance Partnerships at Genesys, where he spearheaded the relationships and go-to-market motions with Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud. Prior to Genesys, Kevin held several field leaderships roles, including Vice President of Major Accounts at Anaplan, where he helped lead the company to a successful Initial Public Offering. Trained as a transformation consultant at Deloitte, Kevin’s background encompasses a wide range of strategic, operational and get-it-done skills.

Education
Kevin earned his Bachelor or Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his MBA from Pepperdine University.

Carrie Leneau

Vice President of People Operations

Experience

Carrie comes to the Profisee team with over 18 years of Human Resources and People Operations experience.  As the Vice President of People Operations, Carrie leads the people strategy and serves as a champion of Profisee’s core values and engagement.  Carrie partners with key stakeholders to ensure a laser sharp focus on creating an excellent employee experience.

Expertise

Prior to joining Profisee, Carrie served as the Head of People Operations for Visible, a Verizon company, where she was responsible for employee relations, talent strategy, organizational design and employee engagement.  Prior to Visible, Carrie held several Human Resources roles with increasing responsibility.  She supported a wide range of business sectors to include software development, professional services, national defense, finance, customer service, retail and marketing.  As a leader in the business, Carrie motivates her business partners to drive, deliver and model a culture of collaboration while driving change management, organizational effectiveness and optimal performance. 

Education

Carrie has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and a Master’s in Human Resources, both from Clemson University. Additionally, she holds a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Simone Lavine

Vice President of International Sales & Operations

Experience

A successful overachieving sales leader with a consistent track record of New Business and Strategic wins across Global Accounts, Major Enterprise, Commercial and Public Sector specializing in FSI.

With over 18 years experience in Software and Hardware sales across multiple technologies both on-prem and SAAS – at organizations such as EMC, Oracle & NetApp to name a few – Simone joins the Profisee Leadership team as VP of International Sales and Operations responsible for all business outside of North America including EMEA & Asia.

Expertise

Simone is experienced in building and leading teams to execute on the corporate strategic vision by creating a set of defined goals and micro-strategies, with measurements to ensure success through defining and execution of a GTM strategy across all multinational operational functions. She is an expert in large scale Enterprise Strategic B2B and B2C sales in Cloud Data Services, Enterprise Storage, Endpoint Security, Asset Management, CRM, and CX.

Education

Studied at the Chartered Institute of Marketing & Coventry University – MBA Strategy & Transformation.

Lorie Lagares

Lorie is a seasoned Customer Success Executive, Leadership Coach and strategic advisor with over 20 years of diverse experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Business Operations, and Career Coaching. Lorie brings expertise in building strong go-to-market teams and enabling transformation amongst cross functional teams to deliver world class customer experiences.  Lorie’s leadership is marked by a commitment to delivering tangible results and developing solutions that benefit both customers and teams.  Lorie has led global teams, driving business outcomes through strategic consultancy, product adoption, and maturity model evolution. 

Expertise

Most recently, Lorie served as VP of Global Customer Success at Nexthink where she led the customer success org through a transformation from a technical focus to strategic consultancy resulting in best-in-class results for renewal rates, NRR, CSAT and NPS.  Prior to Nexthink, Lorie held several leadership roles including VP of Global Digital Services & Solutions for the Digital and AI division at Genesys as well as VP, Global Solutions Consulting, Services & Success at LogMeIn.  Lorie’s passion for helping others shines through in her pro-bono coaching in the Customer Success community.

John Wunderlich

Senior Vice President of Professional Services

Experience

John is a seasoned executive solutions specialist with over 20 years of IT experience and a proven track record in delivering measurable business value using custom and packaged IT solutions and process re-design. John initially joined Profisee as a Senior Consultant and has recently taken on the role of the Senior VP of Professional Services, where he will lead the Services team to deliver business value through successful MDM projects with our partners and customers serving as a strategic component for business growth.

Expertise

Prior to joining Profisee, John held senior leadership positions in leading organizations in the hospitality, consulting, and transportation sectors.

John has managed global teams specializing in enterprise solutions for large-scale implementations across various industries with multi-million-dollar outcomes. He led full life-cycle implementations of complex enterprise solutions with both packaged and custom-developed software. With previous roles in business, IT, healthcare, pharma and manufacturing along with several Profisee projects under his belt, he brings a great deal of leadership experience to the enterprise.

John earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee.

Gordon Robbins

Vice President of Global Pre-Sales

Experience

Gordon joins Profisee from Reltio, a market-leading SaaS-based MDM company where he held the position of Director, Solutions Consulting for the North American East region.

Expertise

Gordon is a results-oriented Presales leader with 14+ years of experience driving successful sales outcomes through strategic leadership and team development. He has a proven track record in building high-performing Presales teams, fostering a culture of innovation, and delivering exceptional customer value. Gordon has deep expertise in mentoring, coaching, and leading global teams towards technical excellence and business success.

Education

Gordon resides in Maine’s MidCoast region. He graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and economics.

Carol Ronk

Vice President of Sales

Experience

Carol is Vice President of Sales and leads our sales efforts in North America including the Northwest, Desert Mountain, TOLA, Midwest, and Great Lakes and other regions. Carol brings her extensive sales management experience and focus to drive our continued sales growth.

Expertise

Carol has 20 years of experience in SaaS and enterprise software sales, leading teams in North America. She started her career at KPMG and Accenture and moved to software and technology, where she held Vice President of Sales roles for various ERP, CRM and data management and analytics companies, including Computer Associates, Baan and CDC Software. Carol has led teams selling to enterprise, midsize and emerging companies in multiple verticals including: manufacturing, financial services, insurance, healthcare, retail and higher education. Carol is a highly effective leader – proven in building, developing, and motivating sales teams to drive significant revenue.

Carol holds a BA degree from UCLA and graduate studies at USC.

Aaron Simonson

Vice President of Sales, East

Experience
Aaron joins Profisee with over 15 years of software solutions experience, as a high performing, data-driven, process-oriented sales leader with a track record of success in Enterprise, Commercial, Mid-Market, SMB, and Federal business. Previously leading high-growth sales teams at organizations such as AppDynamics (part of Cisco), Progress Software, and Ipswitch Inc., where he has achieved consistent and predictable revenue growth.

Expertise
Aaron is an expert in creating sales strategies, playbooks, and implementing processes for sales teams to scale their reach, enable their partner ecosystem, maximize revenue growth, and increase customer retention. He has a strong focus on coaching and transforming sales teams with MEDDPICC, and Command of the Message sales methodology, while delivering a consultative trusted advisor approach.

Education
Aaron earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a dual concentration in Management and Marketing, from the University of Massachusetts.
