Industry Association Leverages Profisee’s Master Data Maestro (Maestro) Platform® to Improve Customer Data Quality, Visibility and Service.

ATLANTA, GA—May 17, 2016— Profisee, the company that makes it easy to master data across enterprise data sources, applications and devices, announced today, that National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the leading global advocate for the elimination of death, injury, property and economic loss due to fire, electrical and related hazards, has selected Profisee’s Maestro Platform as their core solution for building a 360 degree, single view of stakeholder master data. NFPA’s stakeholders include individuals and organizations that impact or are impacted by the work of the Association.

Leveraging Maestro Platform to Modernize NFPA’s Customer Data

“Understanding our stakeholder community and utilizing this knowledge to best meet their needs is incredibly important to NFPA,” Steven Roberts, NFPA’s business intelligence architect said. “Historically, we managed many sources of stakeholder data across various business functions of NFPA but we were unable to establish one complete view.” According to Roberts, the organization’s view, to date, has been narrow and contextual depending on which data source is being referenced. NFPA selected Profisee because of its flexible architecture and natural integration with Microsoft, and will now leverage Master Data Maestro’s matching and golden record management functionality, built on top of a Microsoft SQL Server Master Data Services (MDS) architecture, with the goal to improve data consistency and quality across data sources.

“We anticipate that this 360 degree stakeholder view will result in better insight into our stakeholder community and its needs; and allows us to respond accordingly,” NFPA’s CFO Bruce Mullen added. “Mapping all our customer data into a single view will help us better understand our customer needs as NFPA looks to deliver data-driven resources and solutions.”

Illuminating a Customer 360 Degree View with Profisee without Breaking the Bank

“We believe that NFPA’s selection of our Maestro® Platform is further evidence that our unique Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) platform is having a disruptive and value-rich impact on the Master Data Management (MDM) market,” said Ian Ahern, Chief Executive Officer, Profisee. “In its selection process, it was essential for NFPA, to not only enable a 360 degree strategy that would create a trusted, single view of their stakeholders, but as a non-profit, a TCO approach was critical to ensure its alignment with budget and internal resources,” said Ahern.

Jeff Wilson, Chief Marketing Officer, Profisee added, “As a Master Data Management platform, Profisee’s Maestro® will serve as the foundation for creating “golden records” across all NFPA stakeholder data sources. By building this data foundation, we expect NFPA will increase its data accuracy, reduce the time required to review multiple disparate stakeholder views, and enable NFPA to offer improved customer service to better respond and serve their community.”
