ALPHARETTA, July 6, 2017 — ParkerGale Capital announced today that it has appointed Len Finkle as Chief Executive Officer of Profisee, a provider of next generation master data management (MDM) software solutions. ParkerGale, a technology-focused private equity firm based in Chicago, IL, funded Profisee in April 2017. Founder and previous CEO, Ian Ahern will continue to be involved as a Board member.
Finkle has more than 25 years of software sector experience, including direct knowledge of both the high-end enterprise and middle market. He has an impressive track record of high growth with a strong focus on customers and stakeholders. Having led several high growth organizations over the course of his career, Finkle will focus on strategic growth initiatives, expanding Profisee’s product offerings and customer base, and enhancing the existing set of solutions.

Most recently, he served as CEO of Empower Software Solutions, a software application and services solution for time and attendance, scheduling, payroll, HR management, and tax filing, where he led the successful sale to strategic buyer, Kronos.
Previously, Finkle was Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations for Campus Management Corporation, a provider of software to the education market where he was responsible for customer facing organizations both domestic and international. Prior to that, Finkle spent 10 years at SAP America where he achieved an extraordinary track record of growing new markets and driving software and services related to revenue, including direct experience with MDM while he was SVP of Business Analytics and Technology. In his early career, Finkle took on increasing levels of executive sales leadership responsibility with stints at MAI Systems, Dun & Bradstreet Software, PeopleSoft and Pivotal Corporation.
Finkle holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Maryland.
