MDM initiatives often fail to go beyond piloting and experimentation simply because many organizations were never ready for MDM in the first place. So the question is; what does ‘ready’ look like?

Join the ‘Three MDM Amigos’ (see speakers below) for a live-panel discussion on assessing organizational readiness to actually move forward with MDM. Specifically, the ‘Three MDM Amigos’ will discuss

  • Why are we even having this conversation?: Why do you think you need MDM? Why do you think something needs to be different? Why do you think something has to change? Learn the importance of starting with the WHY and what a good WHY looks like for MDM success.
  • Got business sponsorship?: Without business sponsorship in place, you’re nowhere near ready to do MDM. Learn why it is critical and just how much business sponsorship is needed to be successful with MDM.
  • Do you have a business case?: Guess what, leadership wants to see some type of quantitative value from an MDM investment and in fact, per Gartner, #1 reason for MDM failure is the lack of a business case to qualify and quantify data management value creation. Learn what good looks like.

Register to attend the live-panel discussion OR to receive the on-demand recording once complete. We send out the on-demand recording within 24 hours of the live webinar.
