Selling MDM to Leadership: Defining the Why

It’s one of the hardest things to do prior to beginning an MDM initiative, but understanding why you need MDM from a business point of view is critical to ensure the success of the project. The reality is that many or most organizations begin without knowing why, which significantly increases the chance of failure. So if you know your organization is ready for MDM, the next step is to understand why you need it.

Join the ‘Three MDM Amigos’ (see speakers below) for a live-panel discussion on the critical importance of understanding why your organization might need MDM. Specifically, the ‘Three MDM Amigos’ will discuss:

  • Justification: Should you do something or nothing? If nothing now, when will be the right time? Why do you think you need MDM? You may be able to tell a story around why you need MDM, but do you really understand what’s wrong. Learn the importance of starting with the WHY and what a good WHY looks like for MDM success.
  • Prioritization: You can’t do it all and you certainly can’t do it all at once, so where should you start? What order should you do this in? Learn the best ways to incrementalize your MDM projects with a focus on quick wins.
  • Rightsizing: Don’t solve a $1M problem with a $10M solution. What solution do you actually need to solve the problem? Learn how a well-defined “why” will help you identify the best solution.

Register to attend the live-panel discussion OR to receive the on-demand recording once complete. We send out the on-demand recording within 24 hours of the live webinar.
