That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that we recently underwent the rigorous Azure Well-Architected Security Assessment, achieving a score of 93 out of 100, designated as “Excellent” by Microsoft.
What is the Azure Well-Architected Security Assessment?
The Azure Well-Architected Security Assessment is part of an Azure Well-Architected Review, a comprehensive assessment that evaluates Azure workloads across five critical pillars.
To achieve such a high score in the security pillar, the Profisee MDM platform had to meet stringent standards set forth in the Well-Architected Framework security design principles. According to this framework, Well-Architected workloads must be resilient in the face of attacks and follow the security principles of confidentiality, integrity and availability (CIA).

Achieving an “excellent” security score from Microsoft means organizations can trust Profisee with their most sensitive data, knowing it’s protected by a platform that has been rigorously evaluated by Microsoft for following security best practices in Azure.

Beyond Well-Architected
Security is baked into the way we operate at Profisee, and I’m proud to say that our commitment to keeping customer data safe and secure doesn’t stop with the Azure Well-Architected Security Assessment.
In April 2023, our SaaS platform received SOC 2 Type 1 & 2 certification and officially became HIPAA and HITECH compliant. Over the summer, we were also certified by independent auditors for ISO 27001:2013 and successfully completed the Deutsche Cyber-Sicherheitsorganisation (DCSO) Information Security Assessment (ISA/CVA).
These are proactive steps we took to fortify our security, offering peace of mind to our customers knowing their data is stored in a confidential, secure, available and reliable environment. We take information security seriously, and we are always looking for ways to improve our platform and have it professionally reviewed and evaluated by leading security bodies.
