Ready to Transform Your Data?
The 2026 R3 release continues Profisee’s commitment to giving organizations master data they can trust, at scale, wherever they use it. Available to customers today, R3 is built around a simple theme: MDM should be Smarter. More Connected. Built on Trust. That means more AI working inside the platform, more ways to put trusted data in front of the AI outside it and continued innovation in the core experience customers use every day.
As organizations move from AI pilots to AI agents, one thing has become clear: AI can only be right when the data is right. An agent can reason about a customer only if the business knows who that customer actually is. When five systems hold eight versions of the same customer, AI doesn’t resolve the conflict. It amplifies it.
That’s why at Profisee, we see master data management as the trust layer for AI: the place where fragmented records are matched, cleansed, governed and stewarded into golden records every analyst, copilot and agent can depend on.
With 2026 R3, Profisee advances that mission with innovations that help customers:
- Build and tune their MDM faster, with Aisey doing more of the configuration work
- Extend trusted master data across Microsoft Fabric and into the AI agents that need it
- Govern data more easily, with a modern web-based workflow and administration experience
Here’s what’s new, and why it matters for every organization that needs its AI to get the answer right.
Aisey: AI That Builds the Trust Layer With You
Aisey, Profisee’s AI assistant for MDM, is moving from answering questions to doing real configuration work. In R3, tasks that once required hands-on effort from specialists can now start with a conversation.
- Configure applications in conversation: Aisey can help users set up FastApps, forms and relationships, shortening the path from a new data domain to a working stewardship experience.
- Build matching strategies with AI assistance: Aisey can help configure the matching strategies that decide which records represent the same real-world customer, product or supplier — the heart of the trust layer.
- Pick up where you left off: Chat history now persists across sessions, so teams can return to ongoing work without starting over.
- Room to work: A new full-screen mode lets users work with Aisey side by side with their configuration.
Looking ahead, Profisee is expanding the models Aisey can use, including Anthropic and Gemini, giving customers more choice in the AI behind their MDM.
Matching: Seeing beyond the record to the whole entity
Every golden record starts with a match. It’s the moment an organization decides that two records describe the same customer, supplier, patient or product, and it’s a decision every downstream report, copilot and agent inherits.
R3 extends matching capabilities and performance. Profisee matching draws on related child data to resolve parent records, so the identity signals an organization already captures become part of how trust is established. That applies in batch and at the point of entry, catching duplicates before they ever reach downstream systems.
As AI agents begin to act on master data, not just report on it, the cost of a wrong match rises. Matching that sees the whole entity is how Profisee keeps the trust layer accurate as the stakes go up. And with Aisey now helping configure matching strategies, getting there takes less specialist effort.
Microsoft Fabric and Beyond: Trusted Data Wherever AI Runs
Fabric handles the movement. Profisee handles the trust.
Trusted data only creates value when it reaches the places where decisions get made. Increasingly, Microsoft Fabric and the copilots and agents are built on that data. Profisee’s strategy is to remove friction between MDM and the Microsoft ecosystem so customers can establish trusted business data once and use it everywhere.
- Profisee Anywhere (announced at FabCon Europe): Profisee Anywhere becomes generally available in December 2026.Customers can use Profisee’s SaaS MDM service to manage master data directly in Microsoft Fabric OneLake, in their own Azure tenant. Combined with Profisee’s certified Fabric workload, it makes Profisee the only MDM platform where users can steward data natively inside Fabric without it ever leaving OneLake.
- Built on the data already in OneLake: Fabric capabilities like Shortcusts and Mirroring replicate operational data into OneLake. Profisee uses those tables as MDM sources, applies matching, data quality, survivorship and governance, and makes golden records available back in OneLake.
- Trusted data for AI agents: The Profisee MCP Server makes trusted golden records available to the copilots and AI agents that need them.
- Governance without silos: Integration with Microsoft Purview keeps MDM part of the broader governance picture.
Your data stays where you use it, with less copy-and-sync sprawl without giving up control over where sensitive master data lives.
Salesforce Connector: Trusted Customer Data in the CRM Teams Live In
For many organizations, Salesforce is where customer relationships are managed day to day, and often where duplicate and inconsistent customer records pile up fastest. R3 introduces a native Salesforce connector in Profisee Connect, so trusted master data can flow straight into the system sellers and service teams use most.
- Two-way by design: Bring Salesforce data into Profisee to be matched, cleansed and governed. Then publish the trusted golden records back to Salesforce.
- Built for real Salesforce environments: Connect to a Salesforce instance, browse standard and custom objects, and map fields without custom code.
- One consistent customer view: Teams across the business work from the same trusted customer and account data, whether they’re in Salesforce, Fabric or downstream analytics.
If AI is connected to CRM systems, the quality of customer data decides the quality of every recommendation and automated action. The Salesforce connector extends Profisee’s trust layer to one of the systems where it matters most.
Workflow: Visual Design made Simple
Trust also depends on who can change data, what rules govern it and who signs off. R3 introduces an all-newweb-based, drag-and-drop workflow designer that makes it faster and easier than ever to configure sophisticated governance workflows with ease.
- Design visually: Build workflows from a toolbox of activities, including contribute and approval tasks, control flow, data nodes, notifications and calls to Profisee Connect integration strategies.
- Consistent logic: Define variables and use the same expression language that powers Profisee’s data quality rules engine and Connect.
- Seamless upgrade: Existing workflows from the 2026 R2 release upgrade automatically to the new designer with their configurations intact.
Customer Improvements: Easier to Run, Easier to See, Easier to Trust
R3 also delivers improvements customers asked for, focused on making MDM simpler to manage day to day.
- Accounts and teams on the web: Accounts and teams administration has an all-new configuration experience in the Profisee portal. That means simpler permission assignment and granular row-level control, all without leaving the browser.
- Data health at a glance on your home page: A set of visual charts on the Profisee home page gives stewards and administrators immediate visibility into the health of their master data. It includes an overall data health score, active data quality issues and a breakdown of match status, so teams no longer need to build and maintain separate reports just to see where things stand.
- Smarter data quality rules: New case functions (upper case, lower case and proper case) in data quality rules let stewards standardize values like company names, product codes and email addresses automatically.
Together, these updates make it easier to keep data trustworthy, and to prove that it is.
Right Data. Right Answers. Built on Trust.
Profisee 2026 R3 makes MDM the trust layer for AI. It puts more AI to work building trusted data, extends that data across Microsoft Fabric and into the agents that depend on it, and makes governance easier to sustain as the business changes.
