ALPHARETTA, Georgia — Profisee, the leading global provider of cloud-based master data management (MDM) software, today announced record-breaking Q1 performance.

As the demand for accurate, complete and consistent data continues to increase in support of strategic business initiatives such as digital transformation and use of AI, Profisee more than doubled Q1 new sales year-over-year.  This extraordinary performance comes directly on the heels of an incredible 2022 where Profisee’s new sales saw over 50 percent year-over-year growth.

“At a time when many companies are pulling back, we are growing the team and investing in the business, especially the product. We are continuing to see tremendous growth opportunities and are capturing market share at a very rapid pace,” said Len Finkle, CEO of Profisee. “The continued proliferation of data volume, complexity and the introduction of AI is increasing the demand for master data management. Because of these market dynamics, we are not slowing down at all; in fact, we’re stepping on the gas.”

Profisee’s new sales growth is in part a result of the continued strengthening of their partnership with Microsoft as the gold standard for delivering high-quality data in Azure — and as key player in new initiatives around OpenAI, Microsoft Teams and Outlook integration, Purview, Power BI and data fabric architectures. In addition, Profisee is seeing a significant shift in more customers choosing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) as the preferred deployment method for MDM software.

“Q1 2023 has been a great quarter for Profisee, and we continue to see strong demand in the market, despite some of the economic headwinds,” said Finkle. “We have added a new board member and former Microsoft Global CIO, Jim Dubois, who will help us continue to accelerate growth and scale the business for the future,” said Finkle.

In addition to the strong Q1 business performance, Profisee announced its anticipated 2023 R1 product release.

“2023 R1 gives customers a faster, more immersive stewardship experience, deepens our already-leading integrations with Microsoft Purview and Power BI and introduces a new industry paradigm for integrating MDM and analytics,” said Eric Melcher, Profisee CTO. “This release brings experience and performance improvements for all of our customers, regardless of how they choose to run Profisee, SaaS or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS).”

“With this product release, users can easily see the business impact of mastering their data in Profisee with the ability to embed all market-leading analytics tools directly in the platform. This is yet another example of how Profisee continues to invest and reinvest revenue heavily back into the product to support our long-term vision of making MDM easy to implement and use,” Melcher said.
