Profisee Presence Expanding in UK and EMEA

Significant Customer Growth and Broadening Partner Network Reflect Commitment to Global Operations

Since the establishment of direct operations in the UK and EMEA last year, Profisee has established an active partnership network that stretches from South Africa to Finland, and has doubled the size of the company’s UK/EMEA customer base.”

Recent additions to the Profisee customer base in the UK, under the direction of Tim Jones, Profisee UK Country Manager, further reflect Profisee’s growing mindshare in the MDM market there, and represent leading-edge applications of MDM to gain 360-degree customer and business insights. They also show the growing importance of Azure cloud solutions for data management.

“One recent customer in the retail space is managing their data in the cloud, using Maestro on Azure,” Jones says. “They gain the flexibility, disaster recovery and collaboration benefits if the cloud, and also gain the critical advantage of having a single, accurate, and up-to-date view of their customers. This is key for the retail space, providing them with critical insight into increasing sales and focusing on high net-worth customers. The biggest issue retailers face is the single view of a customer’s spend across many touch points, such as in store, online, or by phone. Another customer recently acquiring Maestro for 360-customer insight is a leader in the UK entertainment and gaming industry. According to Jones, “The company was using marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition with discounts, only to find that many existing customers were leveraging the discounts, even using the same discount repeatedly. The resulting poor ROI from these campaigns and cannibalization of existing revenue drove the company’s search for a customer-360 MDM solution, and they chose to use Maestro on Azure, as well.”
