Senior Sales Executive – Australia (Position: 244)
Responsibilities and Job Description
After phenomenal month over month, quarter over quarter and year over year growth, Profisee is searching for an energetic and charismatic Senior Sales Executive interested in taking their sales experience to the next level with an extremely generous, industry focused sales territory. This role will focus on selling Profisee’s Master Data Maestro software suite direct and through channel in Australia. The role will combine channel and direct sales responsibilities.
You will be responsible for the identification and signing of reseller and consulting partners in Australia, and on the entire direct sales process from lead generation to close. This is a rare opportunity to be responsible for the entire sales model in a region. A multi-year sales plan and quota will allow you to build your territory and leverage early successes with account management over several years. You will be expected to carry and deliver on an achievable sales quota with no limits on compensation and very aggressive accelerators for approaching and over quota performance.
Early and sustained success will lead to the growth of a dedicated regional sales team with you at the helm over several years.
There are two key inherent skills sought of successful candidates. First, a proven ability to self-start and self-manage in a disciplined and organized manner with a track record of closing deals. Second, this role requires the ability to absorb a large amount of not just sales, but technical information as well, so technical competence and ability is essential. Successful candidates must be able to work in partnership situations with Microsoft sales and solution specialists, as well as Profisee resellers and consulting partners Part of this role involves selecting and nurturing your preferred consulting partners for implementations.
Candidates must be comfortable and proficient working with both business and IT professionals within prospective customers.
This is a role for a highly proven sales professional with prior experience in either the Master Data Management or Data Quality Management environment; or with Microsoft SQL Server and connected products.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has almost certainly accrued at least 2 years of experience working at Microsoft Corporation as an Account Manager, Application Platform Specialist or Solution Specialist with a focus on SQL Server or enterprise data management and integration.
Given the nature of the role, candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. The ability to quickly write compelling and persuasive arguments in emails, formal documents and sales presentations is essential; as are the same skills in verbal communication.
Experience selling products via Live Meeting or similar web technology is a plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Information Technology or Business preferable) 3+ years sales or pre-sales experience in the enterprise software market or similar Experience calling into and engaging senior IT and business managers at medium to large organizations in Australia. Ability to present self in person and by phone with a high-level of credibility and professionalism in relevant languages.
