C# UI Software Engineer (Position: 165)

Profisee is looking for a passionate developer to join our R&D team as we're working on a new release of an innovative product that complements Microsoft's hottest new SQL Server component—Master Data Services. The role is to design, develop, maintain and own complex user interfaces of the product. In this role you'll be working in all phases of SDLC with an energetic team comprised of product management, architects, developers and quality analysts. Responsibilities

This person will be responsible for:

Designing, developing, and maintaining the client application of our product—strong focus on the user interface;
Partnering with team members to identify usability issues and make resolution recommendations;
Working with the product management team to understand business objectives and provide technical assessments;
Organizing and performing peer code reviews and authoring technical specifications;
Testing new and enhanced functionality to deliver high quality production-level code;
Responding quickly and effectively to production issues and taking responsibility for seeing those issues from discovery through resolution;
Working with minimal supervision in ambiguous situations;
Performing other tasks supporting the R&D team.

Summary of Job Requirements

Profisee is looking for a passionate developer meeting the following criteria:

Genuine interest in software development and passion for the challenges of complex user interfaces;
Practical knowledge of C#/.NET (WinForms/WPF) and proven experience of creating front-end modules (familiarity with WCF / LINQ / MS SQL / MOSS is a plus);
1-2 years of experience;
Strong self-motivation and great interpersonal skills;
A reliable and trustworthy personal character.
