Knowledge Evangelist/Technical Writer (Position: 159)

Profisee is a specialized software company with an energetic, fast-growth, and highly rewarding environment. We're developing the first in the world solution in the Microsoft ecosystem of Microsoft Master Data Services (MDS) enhancing the platform's enterprise readiness, empowering business users and increasing solution productivity.

Responsibilities

We're rolling out our first product version at the same time Microsoft releases MDS and currently have an immediate need for a Knowledge Evangelist/Technical Writer. You will be responsible for creating the solution documentation from scratch, writing solution white papers (in tandem with the product management and solution marketing team), and building a user community and spreading the knowledge in various forms and channels.

We are seeking an open-minded, creative talent who has built bodies of knowledge in versatile formats and who is passionate about sharing knowledge. This position requires an organized and detail-oriented person who can manage multiple tasks and correctly prioritize activities. The Knowledge Evangelist must be an enthusiastic learner and team player.

Summary of Job Requirements

Profisee is looking for a versatile, intelligent candidate who can "hit the ground running" and who has proven experience in projects including intensive writing and/or knowledge sharing of business-oriented enterprise/consumer software products with a complex user interface. Providing references to your projects is a qualifier for your candidacy to be considered.

The ideal candidate should possess the following interpersonal skills:

Self-motivating
Proven experience with crafting user-experience into written form
Possesses a creative and flexible approach to knowledge sharing
Proactive in the company’s software development and roll-out processes
Experience with document management systems is desirable
